Types of accommodation
Apartment
Apartments are spacious and luxurious. They can have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms in addition to a spacious living room and a kitchen. All bedrooms have showers and toilet facilities (en-suite) without exception.
- One bedroom apartment - 75м² - 85м²
- Two bedroom apartment - 120м² - 140м²
- Three Bedroom apartment - 210м² (inclusive of balconies)
Apartments are located in 2 or 3 storey condominium blocks. Unfortunately, there are no lifts in the buildings and you need to be aware of that when you make your booking. You can rent an apartment directly with the owner on our website.
Maison (townhouse)
Maisons are luxurious houses that are built in groups of 2 or 3 (adjacent to another maison).
- Can have from 2 to 4 bedrooms, all ensuite (with a bathroom and shower)
- Most have small pools, some have larger pools (up to 10 meters long)
- May come with a second kitchen
A maison is your perfect choice, if you are traveling in a larger group (a family with children, or two families). They offer a great value for money, compared to a hotel where you would have to get several rooms. You can book a maison directly with the owner on our website.
Villa
A villa is a large luxuriously appointed home on a private parcel of land. The parcels are approximately 1,500 square meters or 15,000 square feet in size. A villa is going to be your choice, if you want ultimate luxury and privacy for your larger group of travellers.
- Can have from 2 to 7 bedrooms, all ensuite (with a bathroom and shower)
- A typical villa will have a large infinity edge swimming pool of at least 10 meters in length. There are villas with 25 meter pools.
- Staff kitchen & lots of storage space
A villa is your perfect choice, if you are traveling in a larger group (a family with children, or two families). They offer a great value for money, compared to a hotel where you would have to get several rooms. You can book a villa directly with the owner on our website.
